(He/Him)
Euan studied at the University of Glasgow graduating with commendation. He completed his first year working in surgical and medical posts and then had his first taste of general practice working in Troon, Scotland. This is where he fell in love with the job. Euan then completed posts in various specialities including emergency medicine, gastroenterology, psychiatry, paediatrics, breast cancer surgery and rheumatology before finishing his general practitioner training. He was offered a partnership in the practice where he trained in Glasgow. Euan had always wanted to work overseas and after a trip to Melbourne he knew that was the place for him. He emigrated to Australia in 2018 and worked as a GP in Caroline Springs from 2018 until 2021 before opening Maxwell Medical Group.

Education and mentoring have always been a passion of Euan’s. He is employed by the University of Melbourne teaching medical students and is also registered as a trainer for GP registrars.
I enjoy nothing more than taking my Westie Hamish a walk along the beach with coffee, cooking for friends, reading a good book and listening to music. I’m always on the look out for new recipes to try, new books to read and new routes to go running.
