(She/Her)
Dr Victoria loves General Practice for the variety. She feels it is a huge privilege to be someone’s trusted GP. An instrumental part of the role is getting to know the whole family and she feels passionately about providing long term, quality care.
As a person with Type 1 diabetes, she appreciates first-hand what it is like to have a chronic condition. She aims to empower patients when navigating a complex health system.
Victoria is an accredited shared antenatal care provider for all 4 maternity hospitals in Melbourne (Royal Women’s Hospital, Western Health, Mercy and Northern Hospitals). She is certified to insert Implanon™ and IUD devices (Mirena™, Copper and Kyleena™ ).
Victoria achieved her medical degree at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Before completing her GP training in 2012, she worked in numerous roles including emergency medicine, intensive care, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, and psychiatry.
Since moving to Australia in 2013, Victoria has been involved with teaching medical students with the University of Melbourne. She considers this an incredibly rewarding role as well as an extra incentive to keep up to date.
She has lived and worked in the inner west of Melbourne since she immigrated and is now a proud dual citizen!

Outside of work, Victoria can be found running around after her twin boys, walking her cheeky golden retriever by the beach, reading trashy novels to switch off, and trying to keep her houseplants alive.
